In 2013, our Co-Founder Dave Evans was leading Ford’s Silicon Valley Innovation Lab and experienced first-hand how manufacturing was a blocker to new product introduction. As a mechanical engineer, he spent way too much time sourcing, vetting, and managing vendors.

Co-founder & CEO

As Fictiv’s CEO, Dave Evans leads the company vision to put world-class manufacturing and supply chain capabilities in the hands of innovators, without constraints. Prior to founding Fictiv, Dave was the first hire at Ford’s Silicon Valley Innovation Lab, under Ford's Global Research and Advanced Engineering Division. Dave earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Nathan Evans

Co-founder & CXO

As Fictiv's Chief Experience Officer, Nate Evans is responsible for creating a customer experience that enables the world's teams to unlock their full creative potential. He also leads Fictiv's business strategy. Prior to founding Fictiv, Nate started his career at Seven Hills Partners, a boutique investment bank, advising enterprise and high-growth technology companies. Nate majored in international relations and earned his masters in Chinese at Stanford University.

Jean Olivieri

Chief Operating Officer

As Fictiv’s Chief Operating Officer, Jean drives operational excellence across the organization from quality to supply chain management to customer experience. From blue chip brands to innovative startups, Jean Olivieri has spent the last three decades in a range of senior operations roles at Motorola, Apple, and SpaceX. Jeans earned her M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona where she graduated summa cum laude.

Joanne Moretti

Chief Revenue Officer

As Fictiv’s Chief Revenue Officer, Joanne leads revenue generation initiatives and go-to-market plans to capture new business and global partnerships. With 32 years of experience in the banking, high-tech, and manufacturing industries, she most recently sat on the board of DecisionLink as their CMO. Joanne also served as SVP & CMO at Jabil, a Fortune 200 manufacturing company, and in sales and marketing roles at HP, Dell, and CA.

Chris Lippi

Chief Product Officer

As Fictiv’s Chief Product Officer, Chris Lippi leads the company product strategy and roadmap. Chris comes to Fictiv with 25+ years leading product teams at Mashery, Intel, and CA Technologies, leveraging his deep skills leading products for application architecture and integration, cloud, API, and microservices markets. Chris earned his degree in business from NYU Stern School of Business.

Eddie Chen

Chief Financial Officer

As Fictiv’s Chief Financial Officer, Eddie Chen leads accounting, financial planning and analysis, business strategy, and corporate development. Over the past 25+ years, Eddie has held multiple senior/leadership positions at various multinational corporations as well as technology startups, across consumer product, automotive, manufacturing and financial service industries. Eddie holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from UCLA.

Jim Ruga

Chief Architect

As Fictiv’s Chief Architect, Jim Ruga guides the structural evolution of the Fictiv platform. Jim specializes in cloud systems infrastructure, platform API development, and database management and has held senior roles at Mashery and Salon Media Group. Before embarking on his software career, Jim also spent 10 years in the prototyping and manufacturing space, working for Bombardier, General Motors, Delphi Automotive, AO Smith, Rockwell and General Dynamics. Jim earned his B.S. in computer science from California State University-Fullerton.

Dara Warner

Chief of Staff
